Powerful Grounding Techniques used in Coaching
Grounding is a metaphorical tool often used by fitness and, coaching instructors as a reference for the client to reflect on personal stability, feeling centred and, having a foundation and support system in place.
Grounding Techniques can be used to go deeper within a client session – exploring the client’s subjective view on culture, environment and relationships…
In my own life, I have found “grounding” to be a very powerful tool. Especially when used with a Timeline that supports a future goal and intention.
Alternatively, this tool can be used to explore a client’s view of their past by highlighting past skills and, options that might have been forgotten and, to deepen their self-awareness.
