The Details
Ros has served in the life coaching industry for 20 years, and developed an understanding of the challenges that busy people face. Often individuals face time management issues at the professional or personal level. One of the critical elements of balance is the ability to call time-out before the body breaks down. It is challenging for individuals to prioritise their needs for health and wellness.
It is important to evaluate how well each individual responds to her health and wellness needs. Individuals have to ask themselves how these decisions affect their health and wellness. The difference between sanity and insanity, or break-down and break-through, is the ability to respond holistically to these needs through rest and relaxation. It is possible to nourish, heal and recharge physical and emotional wellness, for example, by simple breathing exercises. Research has shown that restful relaxation has a profound impact on personal and professional life.
